Usage Policy
Our Usage Policy is designed to protect our customers and others from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behavior by users of our services. All users of Black Crow Designs/BCD Services Site's services are subject to the Usage Policy. We do not allow any pornographic material, profanity, illegal activities or services, hacking or spamming. If your site is found to contain any of the above, it will be deleted immediately with no refund of service payments.

User Agreement
All customers of Black Crow Designs/BCD Services services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in our User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between Black Crow Designs/BCD Services and you the customer that contains the rights, duties and obligations of us and the customer. Spamming Policy
Absolutely NO spamming is done by us. If we find any client is practicing in spamming related activities, the client account will be deleted immediately with no refund of service payments.

Cookies For Customer Account Management
For our customers, cookies are used to store user names for added convenience to the Webmaster. As part of our web hosting package, We offer password-protected web-based management tools. By storing the customers' Usernames in a cookie, the Webmaster will not have to keep filling out form fields when they desire to manage their account. (The cookie does not store Passwords.) If you are managing and maintaining your own website, these cookies will be in effect for your convenience.
